Real Time Program during the Annual Meeting - Users guide
During the meeting, the scheduled program is shown in the internet in real time.

Requirements:
  • Laptop, netbook, handheld or smartphone with browser.
  • Connection to the Internet (eg, UMTS...WLAN)
The website starts with the
  • program of the present day
  • for room Brüssel
  • with the currently scheduled lecture

Move to another room on top of the page.
If you open two browser windows, you may follow the program in two rooms simultaneously.

The system shows the scheduled program only - not in any case what ist really going on. (Comparable with situations on railway stations)

On days before and after the meeting,
the real-time view of the program is simulated for May, 20.
